In
Tucson, Arizona, you may be married by a member of the
clergy (including ministers, priests, rabbis, and other
clerics), a judge, a justice of the peace, a clerk
of the court, or a clerk of a city or town. Officiants
must record the marriage on the marriage license and return it to
the clerk of the Superior Court within 20 days after the marriage
for it to be valid in the State of Arizona. There is no waiting period, blood test or residency
requirement to receive a wedding license. Licenses are valid for
one year and can only be used within the State of Arizona.For more information, check with the clerk of the
