Choosing your wedding photographer

Perhaps the most important decision you will make regarding your wedding day is selecting your photographer. I was at a wedding recently where the photographer (and his assistant) forgot to take pictures of the bride coming down the aisle. It was an outdoor wedding at an elegant mansion and as I turned around to watch the bride and I saw the photographer (and his assistant) 40 yards away, peering over a fence out into the distance. I pulled out my 35mm camera and started shooting.

To avoid near disasters like this, you should choose from five to eight photographers to interview for your wedding day.
